Expeditor & Sales – This is an hourly, full-time position with Highway Supply LLC. HSLLC is an EEO Highway Safety Company. This is a fast-paced position for a highly motivated individual who is well organized and can prioritize several tasks at once. This person needs to be a people person, one who enjoys working hard to help our customers and employees solve their problems. It requires a natural ability for planning, ability to focus on details and exceptional customer service skills. This position requires the use of Microsoft Office & Access, SAGE 100 Accounting Software. Working in conjunction with the Contracting Operations Manager, sales division and sign shop foreman, the primary objective of this position is to ensure that we are managing material inventories necessary to support our operation. This position involves the daily management, procurement and staging of our merchandise inventory that supports our sales, manufacturing and contracting operations, generates purchase orders, quotes, sales orders and sales invoices. This position also assists with front counter sales, responding to customers and vendors via phone, email and interacts with those who walk-in to our facility. This position consists of partial Office and Outdoor Yard environment;, repetitive motion, fast paced. Some after-hours, travel may be required

Junior Estimator/Coordinator – This is an hourly, full-time position with Highway Supply LLC. HSLLC is an EEO Highway Safety Company. This position requires no previous experience, however some experience working in project coordination and construction is preferred. This position assists in the daily operations of our estimating team by working on the front end of estimate coordination and preparation efforts, organization of ongoing bids and cost proposals, and working on the end to help close estimates. Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Verbal Communication, Organization, Punctuality, Efficiency are key to this position.  Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Possesses ability to read and understand plan sets, quotes, Construction means & methods and Project Written Documents, Construction Specifications. This position requires frequent driving, jobsite visits both in and out of town with potential for some overnight lodging. Occasional after-hours travel & some desk time.

Safety & Training Manager – This is an hourly, full-time position with Highway Supply LLC. HSLLC is an EEO Highway Safety Company. As the Safety Culture Leader, this position is responsible for Managing Highway Supply’s Safety Program in compliance with federal and state requirements to include managing participation, compliance, and reporting of Highway Supply’s Safety Program. Conduct inspections of field and operations, job sites and facilities. Administer and generate company trainings and meetings. Manage claims as it relates to liability, workman’s compensation, accident reporting, and investigation. Involvement in industry partnerships. This position requires the ability to evaluate information while having great attention for detail. Competent with Microsoft Office, basic data entry skills, general math skills, and is a great verbal communicator. Is extremely organized, has exceptional customer service skills and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position requires frequent driving, jobsite visits both in and out of town with potential for some overnight lodging. Occasional after-hours, travel & some desk time.

TRAINING COORDINATOR – Full-time position available with AUI Inc., an EEO heavy/highway construction company (License #20617).  We are seeking an individual who is an experienced Training Coordinator.  Coordinates and administers AUI’s sponsored non-manual and/or manual training programs.  Develops and manages training program, training objectives, course content, and instructional materials.  Minimum of five years experience preferred.  This position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written.  Applicant should be computer literate in MS Word and MS Excel. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.  Applicant must be self-motivated, responsible and goal-oriented. Ability to travel occasionally is required. Pre-employment drug screen required and must have a valid and insurable driving record.
