Legislative Session

The 2026 New Mexico Legislative Session convenes at noon on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Associated Contractors of New Mexico will actively engage throughout the session to advocate for policies that support the heavy highway construction industry, workforce development, and responsible infrastructure investment.
